Rachel Weingart, undergraduate, BSW, Senior, Fall 2008 - Spring 2008
Rachel will be completing her field placement at Stark County Department of Job and Family Services. Rachel has a long-time interest in child welfare having served both as a foster parent and a trained community advocate for children in the foster care system. Ms. Weingart is also the BSW Student Representative to the Ohio Chapter of NASW. Rachel’s goal is to complete a Graduate Degree in Social Work with a Macro focus.
Rachel is the proud mother of two adult children. She enjoys gardening, music, refinishing furniture, reading, hiking, biking, and anything else outdoors. Rachel is very excited to be part of the University Partnership Program for Child Welfare Workers.
